The employees' and service are very good I have no complaint about that but we had a 27 point inspection done along with an oil change, a couple days later my husband was under the hood and noticed the air filter was never changed and should have been since it was totally black. I believe that shoul...d have been part of the inspection. But aside from that the service was wonderful. Show more

Both the sales staff, manager and service have gone out of their way to accommodate a very good deal and to provide solid, trustworthy service. The free oil changes were a bonus, and Woodfield staff stand by their word. Thank you.

I went in for get a oil change on my 2011 Quest and ended up buying a new 2015 Quest. I have been dealing with Schaumburg Nissan for many years and have never been disappointed with their service.
