Excellent experience, excellent people. Love my"new" certified pre-owned Murano. Best used car I've ever purchased. My salesman Ali Sahebi was very informative, and the used car manager Ryan Carroll and GM Justin Delgado are stand up people. I'll definitely buy another car again!

Came in to upgrade my car in April and when i first pulled in the parking lot Ali was the first one to greet me and my sister,It was my first trade in and still paying monthly payments on my car,so I had no idea what to expect but Ali was very helpful,he took the time to explain to me about the proc...ess in order to trade he worked with me every step of he way,and I could not be more happy,my sister was also surprised and enjoyed his company because she has also purchased a nissan but from a different dealership and did not get the same treatment so she no longer goes their for maintenance for her car she goes to woodfield nissan. since trading in my car for a nsisan rogue I have been mentioning to my family and friends to go to woodfield Nissan and see Ali if they ever plan to buy or trade. Purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder a few weeks ago. Thisweekend I noticed that my power outside mirrors were not working. I arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted by Jared and explained my issue. jared advised me that he would get someone on it right away and would keep me advised. A sho...rt time later Jared advised me that the problem could not be located quickly and that it was going to take some time to further diagnose the problem. I was offered a loaner car however I advised Jared that I had the time to wait a few more hours as long as a tech was going to still be working on my vehicle to locate the problem. Jared assured me that someone would be working on the vehicle and also advised me at any time I needed a loaner vehicle to just ask. About 90 minutes later Jared advised me that the technician located the problem and that my vehicle was repaired. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I was provided by being kept updated on the status of the repair. I only hope that the owner of this dealership reads these comments so they are aware how their business is performing. The GM is really understanding and helpful. I had a problem with a car i bought that has since been in a car accident and totaled, and the GM really helped me understand the process and is willing to help me find a new car. It's good to know that not everyone is out to get you when you are at a very... vulnerable place in life. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Show more

Salesman Jim was very kind and was very patient with my husband and me. As two seniors we were unfamiliar with all of the options on the car. Jim took his time and answered all of our questions. The price was easy to negotiate . We felt he was very honest.

Ray is very socialable and tries to help as much as he can. I visited twice prior to purchasing a car and did great with car option presentation, financial option presentation, and after purchase advices. I will be recommending Ray to many friends. Ray would be great as a manager!

For a whole week i when to different dealer to test drive different models and car makes but once i when to Wood field Nissan i was treated as person not as business, i was asked my needs not how much money i was putting down and more important the courtesy and honestly of the sale person confirmed... i was at the right place. The whole process only last 2 hrs and before sundown i was happy driving the car i want it . Nissan Rouge rock . Show more

I have been leasing for the last 8 years. Woodfield Nissan has excellent customer service and I love my brand new 2016 rouge. I honestly can't say enough positive things about this dealership. From the moment I walked into the dealer I felt like Iwas wanted there. Ray and Tony Helped me find the perfect car for my daughter and I. She had been looking for a certain Rogue for a while. The vehicle was sitting on the showroom floor. Tony made sure it was the correct vehicle and then went out ...of his way to get it off the showroom floor so she can drive the vehicle she wanted even though I wasn't sure I was going to buy the Rogue for her that day. I had been to a few dealers that day and it seemed like this dealer was the only one to go out of their way to make us happy. So, we drove the vehicle and my daughter said she wanted the car. Ray sat down with me while Tony went over the vehicle details with my daughter and we went over numbers. They did not play any games with price and they made me very happy. By the time we got out with the finance person, the Rogue was all cleaned up in their delivery area. It was nice because it was inside. I felt like everything went great for my daughter. This was her first real car purchase. They even gave us free car washes and 3 years of oil changes! It was a great experience and I would send everyone I know to see Tony or Ray! I can promise that when I am ready to buy a new car, I will be going there from now on. Show more
