Nissan Titan XD

The Nissan Titan XD is described as the “every-duty truck.” This is because this truck is capable of performing the heavy-duty tasks, but it is also light-duty driveable.

Motor Trend tells us, “The 2018 Nissan Titan XD is a heavy-duty truck that slots above the standard, full-size Titan. The truck is available in three cab styles and in rear- or four-wheel drive configurations. There are five trims available including an off-road-minded Pro-4X trim and a luxury-oriented grade called the Platinum Reserve.”

The Nissan Titan XD gives you some great performance with two available engine options. You can choose to go with the Cummins Turbo Diesel engine that produces 310-horsepower and 555 pound-feet of torque, or you can try the 5.6-liter Endurance V8 gasoline engine that gives you 390-horsepower and 394 pound-feet of torque. This truck can tow up to 12,640 pounds, and it has a maximum payload of 2,910 pounds.

As for technology, the Nissan Titan XD gives you some great features too. This truck gives you hands-free calling with Bluetooth, access to charging with multiple USB ports, and a Nissan Navigation System to give you access to maps and more.

Other features you can find in the Titan XD include a lockable rear seat cargo organizer, deep center console storage, a heated steering wheel, heated and cooled front seats, steering wheel controls, and a push-button start.

What does the Nissan Titan XD have when it comes to safety? According to Autotrader, “Nissan equips the 2018 Titan XD with a host of standard safety features, including side and side-curtain airbags, electronic traction and stability control and a tire-pressure monitor. Optional safety equipment includes front- and rear-parking sensors, a blind spot monitoring system, rear cross-traffic alert and the Around View Monitor.”

The Nissan Titan XD has a lot of good things going for it including Nissan’s Midnight Edition package. This package includes unique badging, dark exterior elements, and more. If you are looking to get the Midnight Edition package, you have to get the crew-cab SV or SL model.
